At Tennis-Point, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and plastic wraps. Ensure tennis rackets have not been played with and shoes show no signs of court wear.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
